Pollution

Pollution is the introduction of contaminants into the natural environment that cause adverse change. Pollution can take the form of chemical substances or energy, such as noise, heat or light. Pollutants, the components of pollution, can be either foreign substances/energies or naturally occurring contaminants.



Any ecosystem can be contaminated, either by tash, smog and even noise can pollute a ballanced system. Pollution can make places unlivable for people and animals becase pollution can cause a whole range of diseases's. Toxic chemicals are absorbed by the ground and into the plants we and animals eat, contaminated seafood from water pollution, both causing large health problems.


The impacts of pollution inclued but are not limited to, acid rain, droughts,eratic rain, death for peole and animals and broken DNA causing cancer. These were all caused by pollution in the enviroment and it also afects peoples lives and businesses.


Peoples deteriorating health is a direct result from poluting the enviroment. Diseaes include asthma and lung cancer, rashes,stress and hearing loss. If we keep polluting we may lose the 2% drinking water we have.
